initial credentialing
Initial credentialing and enrollment for new providers takes anywhere from 90-120 days. We file all new enrollment paperwork and follow up with your prospective panels on a continuous basis until you are contracted as in-network.
consultations
If you are just starting out, insurance is one thing; but compliance is another. We can consult you on best practices, administrative guidelines, HIPAA and office privacy standards.
Post credentialing
Once you are contracted with your desired insurance panels, there is the responsibility of keeping your contract up to date. These responsibilities include provider maintenance/demographic updates,
re-enrollment and re-credentialing applications.
provider management
We provide data management of all provider information including your contracts and provider profiles such as CAQH.
